Our service department has been supporting clients for more than 20 years. Leda is a trusted service provider to organisations including the Department of Defence, the Attorney‑General’s Department, Transfield, Westfield, Spotless, and many others across Australia.

While servicing of automated equipment is often requested in response to a breakdown, Leda strongly recommends implementing a preventative maintenance program. Regular maintenance significantly reduces the likelihood of unexpected failures and ensures your automated equipment remains safe to operate. If your organisation does not conduct its own scheduled safety checks, engaging our service department is an important component of maintaining your site’s WHS compliance.

For urgent situations, Leda operates an after‑hours call centre, giving you access to technicians in the event of an emergency. Additional rates apply for after‑hours support.

From Design, to fabrication and maintenance of our automation equipment, our people at LEDA will always endeavour to install products to meet your requirements, as well as Australian Standards.
